Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins in a pot of water and salt (for about 35 minutes). When ready, leave to cool (approx. 20 minutes), peel and cut into cubes.

Cut the onion into small pieces, and the peasant ham, smoked meat and keizer into thin strips. The sausages are cut into slices.

Wash the chicken livers, clean the veins, then fry them in a pan in which I heated about a cup of oil. They brown well on all sides. I'm ready in about 20 minutes.

Separately, in a large pan with 2-3 tablespoons of hot oil, fry the onions until golden, add the smoked meats earlier, the sausages, then the potatoes, add salt to taste, fry together for just a few minutes, mixing. I'm ready in about 15 minutes.

Place the livers on trays next to the potatoes prepared earlier.

Garnish with fresh, finely chopped parsley.

Peasant potatoes with onions & # 8211 simple and tasty recipe.

I published this recipe for the first time in October 2011, but I bring it back to your attention because I prepared a video for it. Below you will find the old pictures of the post, only the presentation picture and the movie for the you tube channel are a novelty. It is one of our favorite recipes for garnish. I admit that I learned this recipe very late, from my mother-in-law. She does not put thyme or dill, not even a little greenery.

The recipe is simple, easy to make, any beginner in the kitchen can make it successfully. The result will be a tasty one, full of flavors and aromas.

This is one of the variants of rustic potatoes which I prepare, very fast and very tasty. They are a perfect garnish for steak, but they can be eaten simple. I go with a green salad with lemon or a portion of sour cucumber.

Peasant potatoes are indispensable at meals with close friends. A large portion almost never arrives. I always tell myself that I make more muilti and I stay for the next day. But no! They all disappear. Don't think I'm sorry. That's a reason to rejoice, to see how they fight on the last spoonful of peasant potatoes.

If you want a recipe for fasting peasant potatoes you can try it on This one. They have been just as appreciated over time and spicy peasant potatoes, prepared with a spicy Spanish sausage, but for those in the Transylvania area a spicy Hungarian sausage is used.

INGREDIENT:

800 g potatoes that will be boiled in their skins
1 large onion
30 g smoked bacon
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
a few dill threads & # 8211 optional & # 8211 here I only used them at the request of a friend
salt
pepper

Here is the recipe prepared in video format:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Chop the onion as small as possible, then cut into small cubes of bacon. Heat the onion together with the bacon.

When they are hardened until they become glassy, ​​add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Mix well so that the composition is homogeneous. Keep it on the fire for another 3-4 minutes on low heat, so that the potatoes take on the flavor of the onion and bacon.

700 g boned chicken breast
150 g bacon
200 g of ham
150 g cheese
2-3 strands of green onions
4 eggs
Vegeta Podravka
ground pepper
dried oregano
two tablespoons oil

The chicken breast is cut into slices, then each breast slice is beaten as wide as possible with a sledgehammer and sprinkled with Vegeta Podravka and ground pepper.
Chop the green onions and grate the cheese.
The bacon is cut into sticks and browned in a little oil.
Grease a guguluf form with oil and line it with baking paper.
Place the breast slices on the bottom of the form, side by side, and sprinkle with oregano.
Over the meat, place the slices of ham next to each other, and over them we break eggs and place the browned bacon sticks, then sprinkle some of the grated cheese.

Add the chopped green onion over the eggs, sprinkle the rest of the cheese and cover with the rest of the slices of ham and oregano.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, after this time remove the hood from the baking tin, turn it over carefully and remove the baking paper, then leave it in the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.
After it has browned on the surface, the gugulu is easily removed on a plate and portioned.
Serve hot.

Rustic potatoes



Ingredient:
- 6-8 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 250 g bacon (or any other favorite sausage I used muscle fillets)
- 5 tablespoons oil
- salt
- hot pepper and paprika (to taste).

Method of preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. The bacon (which is preferable to other sausages, and if we use it, we reduce the amount of oil, it will also leave the fat bacon) cut into strips. Onions are cut into scales. All the ingredients thus prepared are placed in an oven dish, together with the oil, and covered with water.

Put the tray in the oven until all the water dries and the ingredients are fried a little in fat (about an hour).
