  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 pieces of frozen chicken schnitzel
  • 1 yogurt with 0.1% fat
  • 5 eggs
  • 400 gr salted telemea
  • salt pepper
  • a cube of butter to grease the pan

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked potatoes with telemea:


  1. Peel the potatoes and rinse them; We cut each potato into round slices; Put the potatoes in boiling salted water, leave until the fork enters them;

  2. We fry the pieces of schnitzel in hot oil on both sides; Cut each slice lengthwise;

  3. Grease the pan with butter; Place a layer of potatoes over which we pour half of the beaten eggs with yogurt, grate the cheese; Place the pieces of slices, pour over the remaining half of beaten eggs; At the end we add the remaining potatoes over which we grate the cheese;

  4. Put in the preheated oven at 200 gr for about 25-30 minutes;
